MASSFILC filksing

A publicity campaign at Arisia and Boskone brought about half a dozen people to yesterday's MASSFILC meeting who either haven't come before or hadn't been around for a long time. The meeting was in the common room of Cornerstone Cohousing in Cambridge. The weather was very cold and windy. The Red Line wasn't running to the nearby Alewife station. The kitchen was in the middle of renovation and was surrounded by plastic sheets. Still, we had a very good time. Some of the new people sang (quite well!).

I introduced and recorded a new song, "Mary Dyer." It got a good reception.
