Arisia 2019 will be in the Park Plaza hotel in downtown Boston, not in the Westin. The reason was a long-running strike which, I'm told, was settled very shortly after the Arisia committee had to make a decision. I heard many other things at the MASSFILC meeting, but they'd just be rumors if I repeated them here. Check the Arisia announcement for more information from the source.
