filkBoskone will be held on February 18-20, 2001, at the Westin Waterfront Hotel in Boston, with Featured Filker Erica Neely. (The site is down at the moment due to technical issues at the ISP.) If you're interested in being in the filk program, or if you have ideas for it, please let me know.
Last year there was a shift from individual concerts to theme circles, and I think we'll do the same this year since it worked well. There will, of course, be the Featured Filker concert, Song Sequitur will most likely be back, and there will be open filking Friday and Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon. Panels and workshops are often tricky to plan; suggestions are welcome, especially if you'd like to be on them (but it's not required).
Considering our Featured Filker's profession, perhaps a "Getting Philkosophical" theme circle would work?
