I just encountered a filk distribution site which I hadn't known of before, Wôks Print. The recommendation comes from Eli Goldberg, so I'm reasonably confident it's legitimate. Eli says " it continues to grow into the most comprehensive filk store we've ever had on the internet." It's run by K.J. Joyner, aka Spearcarrier.

All I know is what I see, but it's worth a look.
