Will the artists have support the artist information during the panels? I'd like to "pay for my ticket" so to speak.

Yes! Kudos to Team Heliosphere for arranging a weekend of events I can attend!

I'll leave the organizers or performers themselves to answer specifically for Heliosphere, but I've seen at least one artist inviting watchers to support them via their PayPal address.
