A shout-out on Heather Dale's CD release concert for SPHERE. Saturday May 4 at 7:30 PM at the Church of the Holy Trinity in downtown Toronto. Tickets and further details (parking, accessibility, duration, and so on).

I'm in the middle of two and a half weeks (!) of rehearsals for our big May 4th Sphere release concert.

While my 6-piece ensemble is sounding fab, I'm honestly a bit nervous about how May 4th is going to go. I desperately want to make the leap into doing much bigger concerts, and May 4th is our chance to make a big impression in the Toronto scene. And we may never get another chance to play in the legendary Holy Trinity (oh the acoustics — melt).

A lot of you have asked, and yes we're filming the show so you can all watch later! **BUT** right now we need a big live audience, to impress the national media that I just learned are coming (gulp).

I take a lot of comfort from knowing you're all in my corner, wherever you are in the world. I need your help to make this concert a success. It's a bigger risk than I've ever taken before, financially and professionally, and I'm already so pumped about how amazing this is going to sound with a live string ensemble added to my usual band.
