CURRENT UPDATE, 9/21/2022: The OVFF con chair and hotel liaison are collecting existing hotel reservation confirmation numbers, with the plan to get everyone who booked without the room block rate moved into the room block before OVFF.

If you booked at the non-convention rate, and haven't sent us your hotel room confirmation number, PLEASE send it now, either using the hotel contact form on the website, or the following email address: hotel@ovff.org
